Once we have confirmed room avaibility we require your credit card information to confirm your booking.Where there are a number of interested parties the room will be allocated to the first person who supplies this information.
A room is not booked until we confirm the booking.
A credit card deposit of 50% is required and 100% for one night reservation.
Full settlement of accounts are due before departure.


If you cancel five days before staying there will be no charge, we refund the deposit-This increases to ten days for bookings made for the Theatre Festival.
If you cancel four days or less before your stay you will be liable for 50% of your accomodation and 100% for one night reservation.
If you cancel nine days or less before the Theatre Festival you will be liable for 100% of your accomodation costs
Any changes of dates during your stay will incur an administration fee equal to 100% of the accomodation costs per night
