In compliance with the order of 24th July 2006 supplementing and amending the regulations concerning fire safety measures for small hotels, which standards must be implemented by August 2011.

Hôtel Le Colbert has carried out these modifications in 2007.
For your information, in accordance with the most important points of these regulations, the following works have been carried out:
- Partitioning of stairwell
- Standardisation of door units
- Change of fire alarm, individual fire detectors installed in rooms and all communal spaces
- Change and installation of double function security lighting.

These modifications obviously represent a significant cost, which nonetheless has not affected the rate of services offered by Hotel Le Colbert.
