Reservations : Once we have confirmed room availability we require your credit card information to confirm your booking.Where there are a number of interested parties the room will be allocated to the first person who supplies this information.A room is not booked until we confirm the booking.--- During the Theatre Festival from July 07 to 28 a credit card deposit of 50% is required.--- Full settlement of accounts are due before departure.
Cancellation : If you cancel five days before staying there will be no charge -this increases to ten days for bookings made for the Theatre Festival. If you cancel four days or less before your stay or nine days or less before the Theatre Festival you will be liable for all (100%) of your accomodation costs.--- All changes of dates during your stay will incur an administration fee equal to 100% of the accommodation costs for each night.
